Tuesday:
33 minutes elliptical (400 cal)
situps/leg raises/ ab machines
stretching
weights:lower back, triceps, inner/outer thighs (the gym was BUSY!)
20 minutes cross trainer (300 cal)

Wednesday:
-15 minute walk at lunch-
33 minutes elliptical (460 cal) level 8/10, pretty intense cardio tonite
situps/leg raises/ab machines
weights: lower back, upper back, chest, quads/hams
10 minutes cross trainer (150 cal)

Thursday:
-15 minute walk at lunch-
33 minutes elliptical level 8/10 (460 cal)
situps/crunches/leg raises/ab machines
lower back machine

Friday:
1 hour 20 minutes tennis doubles (charity tournament)

WOW! I can tell a HUGE difference in my cardio endurance compared to playing tennis this past summer. I had tons of energy the whole match.

Saturday:
33 minutes cross trainer (360 cal)
situps/stretching
just had an all around crappy workout....just a low energy day, i guess.
