I'm on the North side of Chicago, about 6 blocks from Wrigley Field. I grew up in Chicago, so I'm familiar with all of the 'burbs you mentioned. May have to look at living in one of those 'burbs soon, as we want to buy a place but housing in the city has gotten very expensive. Even small, starter homes are $275,000, so we may have to migrate west.....
