Nope. Not that I found. Just about 4 pages of how to do the fat fast. Just a brief mention of Stillman on page 25 of the yellow book saying it was labeled a "fad" diet when they first started.
So the "meat" fast has nothing to do with Atkin's.
LoriL you may check in the Stillman's forums for meat fast as that is the only place that may know about it. |
