Sounds like you are doing everything RIGHT, Brianna!!!!!

So many of us can identify with your very same struggle. You sound as if you are headed off into the right direction with a positive attitude, which I believe is the most important thing in changing your WOE and WOL. If you ever get discouraged or down, this forum is great. Sometimes I just log on just to feel encouraged with all the great stories and successes. If you have questions, this site also has some of the best resources in other people, especially in Karen, Doreen, and Nat.
