According to the book, yes, he does but IMHO, if he is not serious about it, perhaps you should just coordinate for yourself and your daughter. At the very least, you do deserve help/credit for trying to change the lifestyle of your family but you can't do it alone.

And you can't want it for them more than they want it for themselves. To be fair, perhaps it was just a slip up on his part...as you know, it requires discipline to change and do this WOE. For some of us, it takes a few tries to get it right.

Anyway, that was my 2 cents...it won't buy you anything but...
