I am new and have been on the Dr. Atkins for 2 wk's impressed !! lost 10 pounds. But I am having a hard time finding my way around this site. Any suggesstions?? Everyone seems so helpful and I do appreciate that.Are most people on aol instant messenger or MSN messenger. I have both would love to chat with some one about, what else GETTING THIN, LOL .
