Thanx, Cher for all the help. I was beginning to think no one would answer me. I pretty much had a good day today until dinner time. I had to cook the prerequisite rice and beans and had 1/2 cup of each This woe is tougher than I thought. Tomorrow will be better since I will be out all day and will not have much time to eat, however my trusty water bottle will be with me at all times.
