Thanks for the little bit of "encouragement" to dress up our cauliflower.

Yes, life in Mexico can have it's advantages. However, the Mexican vendors do like "lime" and they tend to pour it all over their foods (sausages and other market meats) -- they use it like a sterilizer. Lime and other citrics seem to hinder me. Though we do enjoy the cheeses and the advocadoes.

I will tell you though, we get some strange looks going to taco stands and ordering gringas (pork and cheese) and lecheras (steak and cheese). We dress them with the advocado and fresh veggies -- and then as we go to eat we pull of the tortilla!! Ever asked a Taco Vendor for a fork so you can eat his taco?
