Butterfly= 3 sets of 5 ~ 35 LBS
Supported Row =1 set of 5 ~ 75 LBS; 2 sets of 5 ~ 65 LBS
Tricep Pressdown = 3 sets of 5 ~ 45LBS
Bench Press = 4 sets of 5 ~ 35 LBS
Cable Bicep Curls = 3 sets of 5 ~ 35 LBS

Wow I was a bit disappointed with the weights I was able to do. I seem to remember being a lot stronger. Of course that was before I allowed myself to get obese over the course of 10 years.
