Thank-you so much for the compliment!! It made my day  . You already look great, so everything you do now will just be "icing on the cake." O.K. we have to forget about cake now  .... You know I think my son was about 9 months old when I first started lifting weights-- he's 19 years old now. There were a lot of years in there where I wasn't lifting, that's when all the trouble started. I'm glad to be back at it-- Now if I could just control my eating!!
