*wipes brow* Whew! I just did the DDR again.....I did it on workout mode...it doesn't let you pick your songs when you do it on there, and keeps you moving constantly. It tracks your total steps, calories according to your weight, etc....here is what I did this evening.
Miles .677
Pedometer 7106 steps
Calories 608.58
This was for right at an hour. I am really liking this....it will track my weight and such as I go down in weight....and the .677 mile may not look like a lot, but I was at my target heart rate for a good solid 50 mins.
