YESTERDAY-I did 20 mins at home on the stepper
Today-The Firm lower body w/ 5lbs weight-didn't get all the way through it since I haven't done it in a long time!!
I am trying to get back on track and motivated. I find it so hard to fidn time to get to the gym. I really need to do weights at the gym though.
