My nails are growing at lightning speed since I started LCing. I attribute it to the fact that I started taking some multivitamin supplements, not the LC, but I could be wrong. I do know that taking vitamins can help hair and nail growth.

Too bad LC'ing wouldn't change my hair permanently to blonde!
