hi Steph,
Here's Karen's recipe for Cauliflower and Goat Cheese Puree .. http://www.lowcarb.ca/karen/recipe013.html ... you can substitute regular cream cheese for the goat cheese; also omit the parmesan and add a little garlic powder.
Just be sure to drain the cauliflower well before processing, or the result will be a bit "runny" (still delicious though)
