Great news for me.
Ive only just begun and Im trying to grow my hair and have never been able to have a decent set of nails in my life. They are thin soft and short, despite any 'treatments' ive applied.
I'll look forward to seeing a change!

I've also suffered from bad skin since my early teens which was ions ago. Has anyone noticed an improvment with breakouts in that department
