A pound a day is too much weight loss. To be healthy and not regain as soon as your off is 1 to 2 lbs a WEEK. I would check with my doctor about this. You don't want to have health problems down the road. Every book and PREVENTION Magazine all say no more than a 1-2 lb a week. How long have you been losing at this rate? Wawtigress
