Hi Dreamwalk,
Just wanted to tell you that I used to do Atkins while in AR, and Beans, Grains, and Things is a great place to find things for our plan. I moved to Jax, FL in April 2001 and it is not as easy to find things here, so fell lucky. Good luck!! |
