Welcome. Isn't it a great feeling to be finally ready to lose the weight. It's definitely something you have to be ready for. I only wish I had been ready after I gained the first 5lbs...lol. After I read you thread, I thought back to when I found this site. I really don't think I could have done it w/ out it and you'll find so many women that agree.
