I make a great cauliflower potato salad....also makes good Spanish Rice and another of my favorites..cauliflower stuffing..fry onions, celery, sage sausage, cook cauliflower in micro until soft, mash into smll piees, ad to meat mixture..serve w/chicken or turkey..don't have carb counts. Also am going to make cajun rice or dirty rice.
