Hope you've found it by now, Carole! I moved from Chicago to a VERY small town in the upper midwest, and I find the Thai Kitchen brand of curry paste -- both red and green -- in the Asian section of the grocery, right next to good old LaChoy chow mein noodles and soy sauce. I bet your stores have it, or can get it, too.
