They are all successful when followed properly - which one is best for you is something you have to decide by reading the outlines and taking a look at the menus. Atkins and Protein Power tend to deliver quicker results, as first, because they are more restrictive carb wise. However, if you are unable to stick to them because they are so much more restrictive then they wont work as well for you . Regardless of the initial loss, you will settle down to a slower weekly loss that is more inline with the norm; 2 lbs of FAT a week for women, and 3 lbs a week for men.
