Try Crystal Light, It's a nice change. As mentioned above by another member, it is expensive. Not sure which variation she buys, but my crystal light has 0 Carbs, and only 5 calories. I buy the small containers you mix yourself. Each one makes a 2 quart container. It's also nice to take to work and mix just enough in a cup for some change to you water! Try it!
