So called "stalls" are a normal function of the body during a weight loss project. As John mentioned it's not really a true stall until it reaches lengthy periods of time...a month and more. I've survived a few myself and I understand the frustration that goes with it, but I do know that with patience and persistance, you will get going again. Often, posting menus in a journal will allow some of the food gurus around here to look over what you are eating and possibly spot something that could be slowing you down.
