Hi everyone, Im new to the LCing thing, but I did read the new atkins book. On the induction menu I see orange soda. It does not say diet soda, it says natural or artifical orange soda. Can this be true? I am really getting sick of water. but dont want to mess up with soda if I really cant have it. Thanks for all the great advice on the boards. hugs, Heaven
