What can you tell me about the thoughts that ran through your head when you were regaining the first 5, 10, or 15 pounds on the atkins plus maltinol sweets. I am on this trek for the first time, and want to be aware of what to look out for. Did you try anything drastic like restart induction phase? Do you think your metabolism slowed? Did you begin to feel more hungry here and there between meals, reduce or increase consumption of fats or proteins?
