I did a lot of heavy housework today. It was supposed to be gym day but we had too much to do here. I figure 4 hours of the housework I did counts for at least 45 minutes in the gym. I am having scales withdrawal. I won't get them back until Christmas Eve. This week I am going to try to get in the habit of going to the gym every other day.
