Default Just a confession

I planned to stay lowcarb over Thanksgiving and to be even thinner by Monday. I didn't eat the stuffing that is my big temptation but in 3 days I ate a whole pumpkin cheesecake. 12 pieces, 4 carbs each and my weight is up 1lb today. I still have half of the pumpkin, was going to make it again but have decided to throw it away. My sweet tooth is not going to fade away eating foods like that. I also, did not take the L-glut I usually take for cravings.

Well that is my confession. There is a bright side. This is the best I have done on a Holiday and I never got into the carb craving, bingeing cycle I get into when I eat sugar.
