Superset 1- twisting dumbbell curl/twisting dumbell kickback
Superset 2- preacher dumbell curl/cable concentration triceps
Superset 3- overhead rope curl/overhead rope tricep
Superset 4- swiss ball crunch/hanging knee kick
And then ran 7km in the pouring rain at 6pm.
