Hi tree!
I've been doing CALP just for a week but I can tell you that my cravings have gone away! This past week I ended up skipping breakfast and lunch for a couple of days. I was very busy and I wasn't hungry! LOL (What a concept!!LOL)
I can -feel- that my body's responding well and that I'll be losing on this plan. Hope you can find what's right for you. Let us know and keep coming back!
