Empire99 - Have you checked out th Green Hills Grille? They have a WONDERFUL low carb menu. They are located in the Green Hills part of Nashville, the also have locations in Brentwood, Knoxville and Huntsville, AL. I highly recommend! I've also heard rumors that Ruby Tuesday's have a LC menu. Personally my favorite place is Longhorn Steakhouse (Downtown Nashville)- I order the Bleu Cheese Crusted Fillet w/ a big huge Romaine lettuce salad (bacon, cheese and ranch only)....Yumm!
