I seem to be back on track now. I had egg and bacon this morning and chicken and asparagus for lunch. I am visiting some friends tomorrow hopefully I can stick to it then.
I started excercising this morning, 20 minutes of cardio. The tape I ave is sooo boring, I might switch to Tae-Bo later this week.
Has anyone use the Tae-Bo tapes?
