I am really obese, I have a flat stomach and will never gain weight there. Just be aware of the things that can happen. You will have little or no feeling above the scar line for the remainder of your life. Mine too was covered under health care. I had very large babies as well. I don't know if it would be covered under the current health care reforms though.
