How I would LOVE to attend that class in my part of the world!! Unfortunately, it's Valentine week and my part time floral job is FULL time for the week, and wouldn't you know it, I have all of the evening hours! I'm hoping to soon be able to attend one of your classes and see our Chef par Excellence in action!
