BethM's Gym Log
Okay, It's time to get it together. I have decided to keep a gym log because I need a push to get regular exercise. I lost a lot of muscle over the last 3 years while my diabetes and PCOS had their way with me. I am feeling good enough to do something about it now. I know I can do it.
I enjoy weight training but get bored with cardio. Tomorrow I go to the gym. I will log my stats then.
