Saturday and Aquafit
An OK session with Chris. Still needs more variety, had a word with her afterwards. Wonder what next week will bring.
Swam 10 lengths of breast stroke before the session and another 6 lengths afterwards. So very pleased with that. That is the most I have ever swum in this pool. Did not need to rest inbetween the lengths.
Booked in for next week.
