TT2 - 10 pounds for bicep, tricep and lats, 8 pound for lunges and dips, 5 pounds for shoulder work; 14" box for leg press.
5 Day Abs - Day 2
I ended up pausing the tape to get all 30 reps in for the leg press with the 14" box... but I did get 'em all in!!!
