Just started diet on Monday (Saturday today), but I really miss bread.
I've found a couple of low-carb recipes but both contain wheat gluten flour, which I'm having trouble finding in the Darlington area. One health food shop said they could get it but it'd have to be specially ordered !?!?!?
Does anyone know where I can get it easily ?
A brand name might be useful, or maybe something I can use instead.
Even better, does anyone know a recipe for bread containing ingredients which are all easily availabe
