I simply don't have the cravings i used to have . I could eat a cookie and 20 more and still feel hungry. But now I stay satisfied. I eat my breakfast. and maybe a bite if at all for lunch and have my reward meal . I've never felt this good on a diet before.Hope everyone has the results that I'm having. Wawtigress
