I used to be a carb/sugar addict. I hardly ever have sugar or sweeteners now but will occasionally take half a spoon of honey. It can very quickly lead to cravings so I find it best to be wary and not make it a daily thing if I do start. The more you have sweets the more you want/need/crave them.
