Default So Week 1...overall, not so good...

So I weigh 141.5.....ahhhh that's 1.5 heavier than when I started last week I did cheat really bad last weekend, I'm determined to have an excellent week this week...and be below the 140 marker. Wish me luck.

After weighin on Friday Feb. 1st: 140
Week 1 Ends the morning of Feb 8th - 141.5
Week 2 Ends the morning of Feb 15 - below 140!!!
Week 3 Ends the morning of Feb 22 -
Week 4 Ends the morning of March 1 -
Week 5 Ends the morning of March 8 -

Crazy Curl - Great job w/ finishing up induction and losing 5 lbs this week - I wish I could see those results again

And Kinberjeb - Welcome...great job. You may be able to get under 170...I mean some lose 12 on induction and that is only 2 weeks. Don't push too hard though. Are you staying on induction for the whole 5 weeks? Just curious
