Protein Power for the first 3 months with an average 3 lbs a week and now BFL with an average of 2 lbs a week. The amount of scale weight is deceiving as I have gained lean muscle with BFL but the total has been around 68 lbs (scale weight) in 6 months.
I am very happy with my results - especially the ones I am getting now with BFL. While the scale has slowed down the inches are melting off and I have been able to increase carbs to around 80/90g a day.
I am sure you're going to get higher results for Atkins, Elly, simply because it can be a more carb restrictive program - specially with everyone staying on Induction well past 2 weeks.
