I'd suggest killing the cravings with protein/fat combos like eggs, cheese, meats, olives... IT's hard to crave chocolate when you're full of really satisfying food. It might sound really bad, but sometimes I have to OVEReat just a little on these foods to make myself forget what I can't have! (Not a binge, mind you, just a LITTLE past the point of satisfaction, and just for a day or two)
