I am stuck on this question. I hate drinking the water, but I know it is best for me. Any time I try to up the ounces, I get this terrible bloat that doesn't leave for a few days, which results in added pounds on the scales, but I DO know that it's best to drink it. So, I drink it if I am thirsty, and outside of my coffee in the morning, I don't allow myself diet sodas or even tea. If I am thirsty, I drink water.
