If you get a chance to read the fine print, there is a bit of dextrose in all of them, unfortunately!!! Lactated Ringer and Normal Saline are the lowest and are usually the choice of most Drs, but it definitely depends on the underlying problem they are trying to fix, such as pulling fluid off someone with a hypertonic solution, or rehydrating someone, or balancing electrolytes...
