How do you feel...what have you accomplished? That should say it all! You ever wonder if WW & J.C. push that article in there due to the fact that their business is slacking off? I'm sure they need to create as much bad news as possible on the low-carb diets...and J.C. has one its self. Grant you its not a true low-carb diet...but they do have one. Strike it up to ignorance!
