I went off my Tom about 10 days ago. Today I have cramps & heavy spotting.Im not On BCP or anything I usually Only get TOM every 2-4 months if that! My hormones were out of balance from being over weight.Could LC be streightening out my hormones or making them worse...It really doesnt matter As we quit TTC when I started LC.Im just curious will I get TOM every other week or what???Before My last Tom I spotted for 9 days before Tom Came full flow.This is all new to me because Like I said I usually dont get Tom & if I do its because of medical intervintion......I feel so bloated Today too..Anyone had this happen??????? HELP!!!!
