Ruby, often going below 30g wont make a difference for most. Too few carbs can slow loss just as much as too many can. Adding a few carbs in the form of more veggies and a few seeds/nuts or possibly some berries will make your LCing more enjoyable and easier to stick with - thereby making your fat loss more successful.
