Default Hi

The first two weeks are what your body needs to get in ketosis. Then it's time to add some variety, I find that this was important for me inorder to continue and truely start the habit of changing my eating. A lot of water came off me the first week and then I started to get the fat off. The more you have to lose the faster it goes for some people. Sometimes you will stall in the third week no matter what you do. But you obviously want to lose more weight. 5 grams is the norm I think to add, so that would be 25 grams a day. Some people have more trouble when they add sweet things than by adding more vegetables- broccoli, califlower, asparagus, cucumber, cabbage, even a little turnip are all really good additions as is a little green onion.
The important thing here is that you are changing your eating habits and if you do the weight will continue to come off. You may find that the inches come off quicker than the weight.
I hope this helped, this is your life and you are in control of it. I hope you continue on, it certainly has other benefits other than the weight lose- awake after you eat, no more indigestion, increase in energy and I find I'm even more out going and optomistic.
Yours Truely Jo-Ann
