Well woke up to a BS of 5.7.... That's a good start to the day. I am just getting my coffee ready and will report later what the first cup of the day did... Today I am having no buzz with sweetner and cream..... Remember yesterday the buzz coffee with sweetner and cream took me down to 3.3 right away. This will be interesting for me.... I will keep you posted.
