Hi everyone -

I have been playing around with FitDay for three days now and I have yet to figure out how to enter net carbs ( or how to end up with just net carbs). Everything that I enter is added as plain carbs and that is it.

Also, is there a way to let it know that I am on a LC diet so that it can customize a plan for me?

Any info would help
